Care30 Health LLC is a healthcare-focused organization with roots in the day-to-day work of medical transportation.
Our leadership has managed non-emergency medical transportation through an affiliated business, coordinating drivers, scheduling trips and arranging ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible rides to healthcare appointments.
That experience has taught us something important: getting care isn't only about finding a provider. Transportation, timing and clear communication all matter.
We're bringing that practical understanding to conversations with Health Homes, healthcare organizations and community partners as we develop Care30's next chapter.
